1:1 Coaching

1:1 coaching gives you personalised support that’s completely tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and challenges. Instead of trying to fit into a generic plan, you’ll get guidance that adapts to you. With someone there to listen, encourage, and keep you on track every step of the way.

1:1 session
 

This is a 1:1 coaching session with a specific goal. 

For example: to increase confidence climbing, to increase confidence on the road.A one-off in-person session is perfect if you want focused support on a specific skill or help planning your training. Whether it’s improving your technique, understanding where to start, or creating a clear plan, you’ll leave the session with practical steps and the confidence to move forward. 

Training plans

Pre-made training plans are a simple, structured way to get started. They give you a clear path to follow, take away the guesswork, and help you build fitness step by step. Whether you’re training for a goal or just want some direction, these plans provide guidance without the overwhelm.

In this one-off session, we start with a full assessment that looks at your mobility, strength, and personal goals. From there, I create and send you a tailored plan designed to address the key areas we identify together. This combines physiotherapy and cycling coaching — giving you personalised off-the-bike rehab exercises alongside on-the-bike advice, so you can build resilience, reduce injury risk, and keep riding with confidence.
